Limelight: 25 in 25 Australian Composers

MSO: Creating an Inclusive Future
Nat recently joined access consultant Morwenna Collett, and left-handed concert pianist Nicholas McCarthy (UK) for a panel discussion about accessibility in classical music, hosted by Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. The event is now available on youtube to watch back.
Classic 100: Entry #84 and #79
Nat had two songs place in the 2025 ABC Classic 100: Piano list. Her song Forever, and No Time At All came in at #84, and her song Brightness in the Hills came in at #79. Nat was one of 11 Female Australian composers who were included in the list, and one of 27 living composers on the list.
2025 APRA Art Music Award Luminary Award
Nat was awarded the State Luminary Award: VIC for her advocacy for neurodiversity in music. Presented by APRA AMCOS and the AMC — The State and Territory Luminary Awards highlight the extraordinary talent flourishing across Australia, shining a spotlight on the luminaries shaping the future of Australian music.
